I celebrated my 50th birthday in Holbox and our experience at Naay Boutique was perfect. Ayezha, Manuel and Isaac, the reception team, made us feel so welcome and at home from the moment we arrived to the... early morning we left. Isaac went out to the beach to help us with our luggage as our boat dropped us off. They welcomed us with a shot of Mezcal to start the celebration and showed us to our beautiful rooms. They helped facilitate everything we wanted to do on the island and were always available to answer questions till 10:30 or 11 every night. They even provided for us boxed lunches and arranged for coffee since we’re leaving before the free breakfast was available. The breakfast is not a buffet. It is wonderful. The fresh fruit and juices and so good. We really enjoyed the pancakes with fresh berries. The hotel is perfectly situated to capture the best sunset photos and is a short 10 minute ride from downtown where you can enjoy all the shopping and nightlife. Punta Coco, which is a short walk to the left of the hotel, is where you will find the most beautiful night sky and the bioluminescence plankton. Just magical! Best birthday ever!

Reception atention was terrible, we wanted to cancel a taxi and the receptionist was rude and didnt agree to do it, telling us she would charge the cab to our room, besides this my wife forgot her hairdrye...r and it never showed up. The hotel is nice, its a shame.
