A quick escape to Paradise

Every detail of my stay—from the warm welcome from Yvonne at check-in (she is truly amazing!) to the thoughtful gestures throughout—was a testament to the professionalism and dedication of your staff. I would like to specifically recognize several team members who made me, and my family feel completely at home, creating a spectacular experience for us all. At Banyan Tree Grill, Carmen, Omir, and Vivian provided outstanding service, making each meal a memorable and enjoyable experience. At the Pool Bar, Miguel, Efrain, Luis Agosto, Héctor, Maria, and Enwil made our time by the pool even more special with their attentiveness and friendly approach. I’d also like to extend my appreciation to the entire AM staff at Caña, who ensured our mornings started off wonderfully and truly went above and beyond. Thanks!
Loud, old, No Sleep

Do not book room 331. Must ask if room is over/under nightclub, confirm view. horrible room and no sleep. Room was booked months before visit and was over a nightclub and looks at garbage. Do not book room 331. This should not be a Fairmont Hotel. Better rooms at 3 Star down the road.
