Superb service and wonderful rooms. Not overly fancy, not overly spare. Great location, although Seattle's neighborhoods are pretty far apart. I've been here multiple times, and it never disappoints. I've given up trying to find a better spot.

Dascha at the front desk was great! She went above and beyond to make make our stay wonderful, as did the valae that night. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location, but the people are honestly why my wife and I decided that is where we will stay again next time we visit Seattle.

The front desk was amazing and the accommodations were great. By far one of the best hotels my family and I have stayed in. Even better that they are apart of the Amex hotel collection which gives even more perks and benefits. Highly recommended!

This boutique hotel ours a great place to stay! Our family of 5 enjoyed 3 spacious rooms, the restaurant/bar on sight and the gracious staff! From front desk to housekeeping to valet all staff were helpful and friendly. Special kudos to front desk Noble who went out of their way to accommodate our family on multiple occasions!! The best of the best, thank you!!!

This hotel is such a vibe & I had such an amazing ! experience, due to Dascha ! her willingness to help & to make us feel extremely comfortable during our weekend stay felt very organic & genuine. She’s very knowledgeable & gave the best recommendations regarding restaurants. It was my first time visiting Seattle & I’m already planning to visit again & of course ! make other reservation at this hotel strictly because of Dascha’s expertise in customer service.
