We had a great stay at the Alexis Royal, the room was good and the location is perfect for exploring the city. However the purpose of this review is to shout out the Front Desk and Concierge team. Due to delayed flights we arrived ~6 hours later (now 10:30pm) than planned and were not in the highest of spirits. That was until we were checked in by Lae'anne and Sinna, they were so welcoming and fun, exactly what we needed to kick off our vacation. They really were 'difference makers' that evening and it was so appreciated. Although Lae'anne and Sinna were standouts everyone at the front desk we interacted with was amazing (thank you to the lady for the Capital Hill recommendation and sorry for not getting your name) including the gentleman at the concierge who organized a cab for us. Its not so much the assistance by the interaction that went with it, consistently so genuine and helpful. Thnak you.

Sinna Sinna Sinna makes this place sinfully incredible. Sinna is the cheerful person at the reception desk who made me feel welcome since jump. Everyone should have a Sinna! My room is gorgeous and comfortable, and since this a first time in Seattle this decade, Sinna made me feel at home yet in a very special place.
