Rooms need some serious upgrades. Iron was dirty, curtains were stained. Bathroom faucet was very loose, tile dirty. One time I left my breakfast unattended for a brief sec and a cat was eating from my plate. Food attendant in breakfast area a bit rude. When someone stated they couldn't understand it was just 8am and cocao tea and salt fish was done he was told he should.of woke up earlier smh.

I went there to celebrate my birthday and was surprised with a cake from the staff. The cake was delicious ?? ??. I recommend that everyone gives Bay Gardens Hotel a try. It's peaceful,inviting, has amazing food and my time at the pool was fun.

The rooms are outdated and needs renovation. Manager helpful but intimidating. Employees working like a machine, no use of brains. Pros, in the middle of city close by to malls and supermarket. Food is okay, less options for vegetarians like myself.

The overall property is clean and well maintained. The staff is courteous . The downside of the hotel is gym was included in package but is not operational and staff dos not mention during check in. The spices restaurant food is good but very expensive . Overall it is a mid level experience .

Plenty of pillows, clean and fluffed , Ac was perfect, shampoo soap conditioner awesome, not a luxury hotel by all mean, for the price point did it’s job, the staff is very well trained, attentive and smiling, ride from the international airport 90 minutes $99 to $120 USA dollars, put that in your vaca budget.
