The hotel staff was most pleasant and helpful they catered to my every need. The food was not to my liking because most of it was seafood and am allergic to all seafood food, My husband and I love this hotel and we would be booking again thank you.

Fantastic time. A great welcome. Bed comfortable, haven’t slept so well for a long time. Staff friendly. Facilities clean, tidy and more than adequate. Trying hard to think of something to criticise but genuinely can think of nothing. This is a 3 star hotel but I found it better than expected. Recommend to anyone

Our second honeymoon have been such a beautiful experience thus far. Friendly and courteous staff who are always willing to assist. Food is great. Rooms are nice and clean This has been my second visit and I definitely plan to return very soon.

This hotel is locally owned and operated. I truly enjoyed the experience at Bay Gardens Hotel located right in the downtown Rodney Bay area with grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, and nightlife. There are 3 pools on the property, and you may use the pools on the sister properties. The staff is very nice, and they addressed any issues right away. I used the sister property (Bay Gardens Resort) when I wanted to enjoy the beach. The non-motorized sports equipment may be used free of charge. There is an hourly shuttle that goes to Bay Gardens, or it would be a 15-minute walk. For the week that I was there, I walked half of the time and took the shuttle the other half. I used the taxi service (transfer) offered by the hotel for transportation to and from the hotel. The fitness centre at the hotel had a few machines that were outdated and inoperable. I still used one of the machines and jogged around the Rodney Bay area. The bar area was nice for evening drinks, but I did not dine in at the hotel at all. You would have a good time and feel right at home when staying at the Bay Gardens Hotel.

Having previously stayed at the Bay Gardens Hotel (when we had a really good holidays) , we had high expectations for this trip. Sadly, on this occasion, this is NOT the case. We were given the room we asked for, ground floor as my Mother is disabled, which we appreciated, but sadly the family in the next room to ours smoked marijuana on their balcony which blew into our balcony and room. A very unpleasant experience, particularly for my Mum who is elderly, suffers with ill-health and she always has a bad reaction to the drug's smell. Even though we complained about this issue on 4 occasions, first with junior management and then with the GM herself , our complaints was not satisfactorily resolved which I think is poor management on the part of the Hotel. Also, the food served was not up to standard either which was very disappointing, with many diners resorting to pizza for their meals as the food served was repetitive and lack lustre. I would, however, like to thank Sharon (Admin Assistant), Jennifer and Helena in the dining room who looked after us admirably, as well as Nathaniel in Reception and finally Quincy, Terry and Steffi who worked in the hotel bar. All very key members of staff who should be recognised for their professionalism, courtesy and pleasant manner. Sadly, unless things change, we will not be returning to the Bay Gardens Hotel on our next trip to our home-island of St Lucia, which is a great shame.
