The staff was extremely helpful,warm,talkative,friendly,helpful,professional and always even when in Cuba situation isn't good and worked got to much blackout at their home...the food is wonderful...the ...drinks super...room are very comfortable and entertainments with Ray and the girl and Leo amazing !!!

We like people the most here,friendly,warm,helpful,polite,respectful and professional,the beach is amazing but they need more long chairs over there,pool are clean and beautiful,the food is ok but we need ...more flavors and variety,drinks are amazing special mojitos and coffee at the lobby bar,entertainment are super active ,special Leo the artist,rooms most be well clean is big recommendation !!!

The entertainment staff at the pool are very fun and engaging Pools and staff were fantastic! Restaurant staff went above and beyond Coffee staff at 5 am are always smiling Food was fantastic We love eve...ryday waiting to see what entertainment was wearing for a costume The gardeners were always smiling and kept the grounds amazing Definitely will be returning to Grand Memories
