Worst hotel don't waste your time coming here food service everything was horrible. Dirty rooms stained bedsheets and on top no bed sheets no hot water. When we compla I need about it the guest service people didn't even bother. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY .....

All the staff were extremely friendly. Yasmanis Guerrayero made our stay super enjoyable and was always so nice and helpful! We booked for early December to escape the winter cold and although the rooms were not the cleanest, everything else (entertainment, food, staff) was amazing

We’ve had a family trip in this hotel. I want to say that the staff was amazing from the very beginning. They accommodated our two groups that travelled separately by providing rooms close to each other. I would like to recognize our room cleaner Yaleines in building 22 who always writes us nice notes; Gabi and the other kids entertainer who tirelessly work with the little ones, and are usually not appreciated enough for this hard work; Jasman is also amazing and will never let you get bored; Golden Teeth (his nickname:) ) gives you a good stretch in the morning and is also super friendly. So many more people I would like to mention but don’t know the names of, including gardeners and servers! Now to the hotel: it’s clean, in suite washroom gets sanitized every day, pool is always clear. If anyone is worried about outages, don’t be, we only had an outage once for a few hours in two weeks we were there, although kitchen and reception had power and wifi, so were were fed and weren’t completely disconnected. Food is good, although you have to find what you like in the buffet, it’s getting better every day. I prefer going straight to the grill when it’s not too busy. Having a Grand experience at Grand Memories!

This was my 9th trip to Cuba and my 5th time at Grand Memories, and there’s one reason we keep coming back: the staff. They truly make this resort special! From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed with warmth and kindness. Liliana (Lily) from the entertainment team, along with her husband, often greets guests as they step off the bus, dressed in vibrant traditional Cuban attire. Lily goes above and beyond—helping with translations, giving directions, and even walking guests to their rooms if needed (the resort is quite large). Always ready to help with anything and treating everyone like family. The entertainment team also keeps the energy alive with music from the DJs, whether you’re at the beach, the pool, the lobby, or the bar. They strike the perfect balance, ensuring there are upbeat moments but also quieter times for relaxation. Yes, this is Cuba, so the rooms can feel a bit dated, but they’re always clean and well-stocked shampoo, soap, body wash, towels. Our housekeeper even went above to not just create towel animals but decorating the bed with our pillows and clothes. And don’t miss Amiee at the lobby café—she makes the best coffee you’ll ever have, with or without a splash of alcohol! And although the food can be a bit reparative I always found something to enjoy, you aren't coming here for that, the beaches are amoung some of the beautiful in the world, no seaweed or debris. This resort is all about the people, and it’s their warmth, care, and hospitality that keep us coming back year after year.

I really liked these days at the hotel, I enjoyed it especially the children had a great time with Gaby's shows, she is wonderful and so sweet, we will be back soon the food was quite good but the best without a doubt was the beach and Gaby's shows
