The location of this hotel is the only thing going for it. Check-in process was horrible. Food options were very limited. In fact, dining out on marina boardwalk was exceptional and the way to go. Pool entertainment was pretty boring at one pool and over the top at the other. Staff could not be bothered to refill refrigerator daily with just basic water, let alone beer. The housekeeping staff was very persistent in getting into our room to clean every day regardless of the privacy posted on the door. Our room keys kept getting canceled so it became a daily gamble on whether we could get back in later in the day. Check out process was not great either. I would recommend an Airbnb in this area instead of this hotel.

We stayed on July 4th 2024 weekend. Our original plans were to be in Cancun but the hurricane got us to change our plans 12 hours before we arrived in Cabo. We were not disappointed!!! I highly suggest using Canada Transfers for private transfers (ask for Tomas as your driver). They will get you set up with beer/champagne cold/ready for your ride from the airport to Breathless. Gabriela checked us in within minutes, we were on our way to the room. tip - we took the sunset cruise the first night (2 hours from 6-8pm) and it was the perfect start to the trip. The marina is next to the hotel. The room is really clean, big and the bed faces the patio and has beautiful views. The hotel is laid out with two buildings. The walk is really nice to the second building that has the party pool and restaurants that are right on the beach. Loved hanging out at the party pool with great service, great music by DJ Alonzo and a fun entertainment staff that provided guitarist/violinist and other entertainment every day. The mgr of entertainment Miguel made us feel special and like rockstars every day. So cool. tip - you can walk down the beach and be at the office or mango Decks in 5 minutes for a few hours of fun and then make your way back to the party pool by 2 for all the fun. Never waited for a dinner spot and every night they have something going on. You can also walk down the marina and the downtown club street is 5 minutes. Safe walk. Don't forget to go by the Nook (24 hours) for a panini or cookies/ice cream at the end of your night - no waiting on room service. The 4th of July party on the rooftop was insane. We have never experienced fireworks so close to us - beautiful 3D affects. The band was awesome. Jesus-the GM- really makes that night one of a kind. The staff the whole weekend was friendly, personable, and provided great service at every turn. Thanks Breathless Cabo!
