The best hotel in Varadero i’ve ever been! It’s a great place to stay :) Loved the food, staff, design of the hotel, the beach is great!! They have lots of cute animals around the area like cats and unusual birds!! Also, they have a good gym area. I couldn’t find any reviews here about it, but here you are. They have all the essentials. Will definitely come back again :) P.S Their cheese is amazing.

I had never been to this hotel before, but many friends had already recommended it to me. I definitely recommend it, the atmosphere, the activities in the pool and above all the service. A lady named Mirna served us and she was charming and above all, loving.

My stay was very satisfactory, I enjoyed it a lot, thank the receptionist Melissa and Yesenia who helped us from the moment I entered the hotel, it is a very cozy and beautiful place, the food is exquisite,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I will soon return

The staff in the restaurants and bars were excellent. The front desk was friendly but check in takes about 15 minutes per couple we had 2 families in front of us almost an hour before we completed the process. Bell hop service had us to our room within 10 minutes and checked our room with us, he contacted House Keeping and Maintenance to correct a couple of minor problems which were corrected within a few minutes. Hot foods on the buffet were room temperature with no attempt at keeping food warm. There were no carbonated drinks other than beer, just fruit juices from powder to mix with rum. On the safety side the phones were not working in the rooms, if you had a problem you had to either go to a bar or the front desk for help.

Worst hotel I have ever been to. Lack of everything and more. The food horrible. The staff didn't even want to be there.
