Staff were wonderful and friendly. Breakfasts were amazing with variety everyday. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella was such a convenient feature. If you are a runner or walker, the boardwalk is steps away from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked this hotel specifically because it wasn’t all inclusive. The staff, service, room and location of this hotel were way beyond our expectations. All team members were friendly and helpful and rooms were spacious, clean and very well equipped We couldn’t have asked for more & can’t wait to return. Highly recommended.

Love this place and will come back next year. Good location and the hotel is clean and well equipped. Staff are so friendly and helpful and have good knowledge of the area. Did an island tour with Troy and driver Ryan and was one of the best tours we have ever done. Troy and Ryan were excellent and we even managed rum tasting which was not part of the tour so hats off to them. The tour felt very personalised to the people on it and went to places where others would not have gone. Would highly recommend this hotel and the island tour

What a amazing hotel home from home and staff are amazing Dedreia went over and beyond to make our stay magical we had a great stay Zion was also amazing as well as Telford the security guy the manager was also very sweet and attentive location is the best and the hotel is very clean:)

Overall the hotel is really good, but, since the refurbishment there is a large tent structure which has been erected over the bar area. This impacts the view from rooms 212-214 so, if like me you like to sit on the balcony to watch the world go by this is not the place to be. They do a karaoke evening on a Sunday which can be a little rowdy also. Troy's Tours is a must do as it is entertaining and informative so book at the desk early. There are washer dryers on every floor so you can keep your packing to a minimum. The beach and pool areas are always clean and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast was a little disappointing as some of the items in it were spicy and there was not a lot of variety either. The hotel is always clean and the cleaning staff are very good
