Great Value for the Price. Warm and Cozy rooms and great hot tub. Better value for your money compared to the Banff Springs or any other over priced hotels. The food in the restaurant is great and the a...tmosphere in the lounge is also very relaxing. Staff are very friendly as well.

We stayed here during our trip to Banff and had a great experience. The staff were all very helpful, even helping us bring our bags to our room since we were at the very far end of the property. The views ...from the lodge were spectacular! Mountains on all sides and trees everywhere. The room itself was so nice. We had one of the upgraded rooms and it was beautiful. The on-site restaurant was delicious; we ate breakfast there one morning and dinner a couple of times. We loved sitting by the fire in the afternoon and enjoying drinks and games. The other thing we appreciated was being right next to the bus stop. Since we did not rent a car, we had to rely on the public transportation and it was so easy being able to jump on and off right next to the lodge.
