Nice, spacious room, friendly staff. Noticed some damage to the furniture in our room that appears to have gone unrepaired. It's a very different experience from the other (much smaller, and more expensive) Hotel Arts across the river... If you have an inside-facing room, expect loud music from the pool area until 9pm. Quiet after that. Didn't try the restaurant.

Great location to shops and restaurants. No need to drive anywhere . Rooms are spacious and the staff is very friendly.
