The best experience ever. The units were huge and the staff are very nice. Felt welcomed and taken care of.

It isn't easy to even begin on what they did right regarding their accommodation. Because the entire place was simply amazing. On a Saturday evening, they had a gazebo for bonfire with FREE smores and live... music. Their pool and jacuzzi facilities are the best, they even had a 'swimsuit extractor' on site which made drying your swimsuits sooo easy. The cleaning staff were really good as well, we didn't expect them but they did their work really really good. Overall, the best inn I have ever stayed in.

Recently stayed at Lake Louise Inn and I can say we had the best time! Every single staff member we interacted with were so profession, kind and honestly fun! We attended the trivia night and played pool a...t the same time. Lots of laughs from staff and other guests. The food in the pizza pasta restaurant was amazing as well as the loaded nachos from the bar downstairs. We really loved the bomb fire night with your super adorable live musician. Having free hot chocolate and s'mores was so fun! We left there with some amazing memories! Thank you!

Booked a 3 night stay here on a whim after budget travelling for a while and so glad I did! Stayed using the spring deal and was surprised to get a lovely room with a stunning mountain view! Bed was huge a...nd very comfortable, bathroom was clean and lots of toiletries provided. The decor has a slightly old fashioned look which I really liked, it fits in with the inn theme. The staff are all lovely and helpful, looked after my luggage and even let me use the pool after checkout while I waited for the coach. While breakfast isn't included, it is very good value if you get the buffet and the staff there are so friendly too. Would definitely stay here again :)

We had two nights here and it was the perfect accommodation set up. There were plenty of places to sit outside and read or chat, a great communal lounge, nice pool and spa all centrally located near the to...wn centre. We also ate at the pizza:pasta restaurant. I had a pizza which was one of the best I have ever eaten and would highly recommend. Loved seeing the squirrels playing outside my window too.
