Second trip to Leblanc in 3 years for my wife and I who are 39 and 42. The first time we went it was still very “Covidy” so we wanted to come back and experience it again. We did a quick 3 day trip and 2 of the 3 were great weather with the 3rd pretty much a washout. Good: Room (Governor Suite) very nice and I think worth the upgrade for the space and great views. Could easily be great with some minor renovations but they are showing their age. It was pouring outside one day and our room took on some water. Some paint and new decor would go a long way. Inclement weather options. Clearly the resort is at its best when the sun is shining and that’s why most people go. Our rainy day they did a nice job with a bar cart in the lobby and trying to keep people having a good time. The only feedback would be to open up one of the dinner restaurants for lunch when it’s not a great day to give another option. Great: Beach is one of the best stretches in the hotel zone and kept very clean. Service at the beach is top notch and never a long wait for anything. Food overall is consistently above average not for an all inclusive but for most very good restaurants. Dinner was always fantastic (French, Italian, Asian) with the French being our favorite. Service everywhere as most have noted is above and beyond. Everyone seems genuinely happy to be there and couldn’t have been more helpful. Hydrotherapy was awesome on a rainy day. First time doing it and totally worth it. It’s included and takes from 30 minutes- 1 hr + depending on how fast you want to go through jt. Need improvement: Night life is very sleepy. After dinner there was a DJ or something but no real dancing or “scene”. Would be great to have some outdoor live music, dancing and activities later on. Overall a great option if you can afford the price point

The resort is beautiful. My second stay with large group of friends . The beach service we received was top notch. Isidro and Victor made sure our drinks were always flowing . The buffet brunch has many options - Daniel, Lázaro, Nancy, Pricilla always treated us with a smile and David the sauté cook filled us with delicious vegetables, chicken,steak and seafood choices. Artemio and Estaban at the main pool are very professional, efficient and friendly—- The rooms are very clean, house cleaning is top notch. The hotel is sparkly and clean unless it rains- lots of buckets and towels around. Make sure to use the spa!!!
