Truly enjoyed our experience at sun palace. This was our second week of our honeymoon. Our experience was unforgettable. Our room was always clean throughout the day as we noticed they came multiple times!... The staff was amazing! Jessica from public relations was the sweetest and very helpful with directing us with spa credits, things to do etc. Pool staff was absolutely incredible. Elizabeth was always making sure we were content, she was fast and the sweetest!! She really made sure we were well taken care of! Entertainment staff : Alan, Jesus, Jonathan and Pedro were absolutely unforgettable!!!! They make everyone feel included, they truly love their job and it shows. They put so much effort to make sure we’re all having a great time. The games they did the week we were here had everyone laughing and out of their seats to join!!! Never have I been seen such a great entertainment team at another resort. Overall we had a great experience!!

We visit Sun Palace for two weeks, or longer, 2-3 times a year because of cleanliness, the beach and relaxing atmosphere. The Staff make us feel like family every time we return and they go out of their wa...y to ensure that we enjoy our stay to the fullest.
