What a disaster.! We got here, and no TV. No water in the toilet to flush since early this morning. Its now 5.00pm, and still none!!!anywhere, even bathrooms in lobby! The pool is full of bits of who knows what ! Really dirty! Concrete tiles are broken all round pool which tells me no work has been dont on this place in years. We travel regularly eordwide gor past 30 years and dont often have duch a nad experience! I would leave but, of course it's prepaid. Just hope water to flush toilets comes back on soon. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Hotel is overdue for renovations!
Rooms in disrepair and dirty - do NOT stay!

Let’s start with the mildew on the already dirty stained couch with torn throw pillows on it. I’m not sitting on that. Then let’s move to the bathroom where, oh my, I guess the glass window between the bathroom and bedroom must have gotten broken and just never replaced (it was present in the 2nd also filthy room they gave us) - which meant anyone in the bedroom or passing by our room can see right into the bathroom. The full size mirror in the bath had been replaced by a small round one with stains on it, and there were screws sticking out of the walls where the original mirror had been. The toilet seat was broken, the plastic bathtub was cracked and stained, the hardware in the bathroom was rusty and covered in black mildew, there was years of mold on the caulking in bathroom. There was a pool of wet soap scum from the last guest on the side of the tub which was NEVER CLEANED the whole time we were there. Needless to say we did not use the bathtub. Let’s move on to lighting: the makeup light was broken and most of the lamps in our room did not work. The door to our room had food stains spilled on the back of it. The walls, doors and woodwork were covered in dirt transferred from people's hands and then never cleaned. There is no reasonable way they should be charging nearly $500 a night for a room that is dirtier and less functional than what I would expect from a 1 star motel on a highway somewhere. They did change our room for one that was equally dirty in all the same places and generally at the same level of disrepair, but did have a window between the bathroom and the bedroom, a working makeup mirror, intact toilet seat and a cleaner couch with no torn pillows on it, otherwise, just as bad.
