Great location to Otrbobana and Punda, great restaurants in the area within walking distance. Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful especially one of the doormen. Unfortunately I do not know his name ...(an older gentleman), I hope Renaissance reads this review because he went out of his way to show us location of the fitness facility. He was so kind, warmly greeted us whenever he was working, just a very kind and friendly person. All the staff were wonderful too. Will definitely return

Our experience at Renaissance Curaçao was nothing short of perfect—from beginning to end. We felt welcomed the moment we stepped into the lobby, thanks to Angelique, who ensured a smooth check-in and secu...red a great room for us. She was incredibly helpful, offering valuable tips to help us navigate the island. Around the same time, another friendly face, Kurt Mendes, approached us. He kindly offered us water to cool off from the warm weather and shared even more helpful local recommendations. When we arrived at our room, we were impressed by how comfortable and spotless it was. The bed was like a dream—it gave us several restful nights of perfect sleep. The bathroom amenities were top-notch and made us feel right at home. The next morning, we enjoyed our first breakfast at the hotel, and the food was absolutely amazing. That’s when we met Paola, who makes the best omelets ever! She was warm and cheerful, always smiling and genuinely thoughtful in making sure our meal was perfect. Another standout was Chantal, who stopped by during breakfast to check if everything was to our liking. She even chatted with us, taught us a few words in Papiamento, and gave us a guidebook filled with personalized tips for exploring the city. Over the next few days, we also got to know Martina at the omelet station. She welcomed us with open arms and shared insights from her 25 years of living in Curaçao, which made us feel even more connected to the island. Some evenings, we chose to order food to our room, and that’s when we met Iris—a lovely woman who truly enhanced our in-room dining experience. Even late at night, she greeted us with a smile, asked about our favorite places we’d visited, and made sure everything was perfect. To wrap up our stay, we had a quick encounter with Alexis after check-out. He graciously offered to pick up our car and help with our bags. From start to finish, our stay at Renaissance Curaçao was exceptional—and it was made even more special by the incredible people we met along the way.

On our recent stay at this hotel resort was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the level of service and attention to detail was remarkable.The front desk team, led by Thalia, set th...e tone for our entire stay. Thalia was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home offering helpful tips about the resort and local attractions. Every meal at the hotel dining room was delicious and our waitress, Marloes, made us feel at home with her special charm and attentiveness. The concierge staff were exceptional. Tiffany and Eveline made helpful recommendations for day trips, local activities and dining experiences. No detail was overlooked, and every recommendation was spot-on. Tiffany went above the call of duty by running with me to made sure I enjoyed a walking tour group on time. Again thank you - Thalia, Marloes, Tiffany, Eveline and hotel staff for making our 10 day stay an unforgettable experience. We will be back!"

This was our first trip to Curaçao, and it truly exceeded our expectations. We spent our first night at the Renaissance Wind Creek before heading to Sandals, and the experience was fantastic from the momen...t we arrived. We were warmly welcomed by two bellhops whose kindness stood out. We regret not getting their names. Our check-in experience with Diedra set the tone for the stay. She was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home immediately. Her hospitality left such an impression that even after we moved on to Sandals, we made a point to return downtown just to stop by the Renaissance and say hello. The resort itself is spotless, well-maintained, and offers excellent amenities. Its prime location is another big plus. We only wish we had stayed longe, but we’ll definitely be back the next time we visit the island.

Great experience during a 10 day stay. Rooms clean and functional, albeit with no microwave. Shower is excellent. Front desk personnel exceptional, friendly and very personable. Special kudos to Zafriye (...sp?) and Michelangelo. Non-smoking manmade beach with palapas is relaxing although chair hogs are present. The ocean front “pool” has sea water pumped in and easy entry for people with disabilities - no waves. Good buffet breakfast. Only downside was the inconsistency of daily room cleaning. We will return to this exceptional hotel sooner rather than later.
