The staff made our 25th Anniversary trip extra special, they decorated our room left us champagne and a beautiful card. The room was always clean and every staff member we interacted with was helpful and... kind. We will be back!! Beautiful beaches and amazing area!

Fabulous location on the beach walk close to everything. Super authentic Hawaiian atmosphere! Rooms and grounds are very nice. Staff is exceptional! All so friendly and welcoming. Always a good morning... and aloha when we walked past, especially MJ Ugale. Wish the music played later at Maui Brewing , the food and drinks were great.

We stayed 12 nights at the Outrigger Kaanapali Beach Resort to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The setting was perfect for us. We rented an ocean front room where we could enjoy the sounds and view... of the ocean by day and watch the beautiful sunset every evening. The staff at the hotel are very warm and welcoming. They offered several free workshops on a variety of activities to familiarize guests with the Hawaiian culture. The pool was relaxing with a perfect water temperature. The grounds are beautiful with plenty of lounger chairs spread around to provide shade and privacy for guests. There are convenient onsite options for eating breakfast and poolside snacks. We enjoyed dining at the Maui Brewing Company where there is live entertainment in the evening. The hotel location is an easy short walk to several restaurants and stores at the Whalers’ village. We found that driving was easy in Maui so we were able to eat at other restaurants on the island, too. If we ever return to Maui we would choose to stay at Outrigger Kaanapali Beach Resort again. It was a peaceful, relaxing experience.

Wonderful service from the valet to the housekeeping. Front desk was very welcoming upon arrival. We stayed in one of the renovated rooms & were very pleased. Fantastic views from the balcony & out the doo...r. Beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping was great at keeping everything stocked. We had to rent a cabana due to the umbrellas being rented but ended up enjoying it. Loved that shopping/restaurants were a short walk away. The entire resort grounds were always immaculate. Every staff member was polite and always greeted us with a smile. Valet was such a great "splurge", Ron is the absolute best! We are already planning our return

Firstly, the ambience of the property itself is very impressive modelled after rain forest. And it has wide spaces for relaxing with coconut trees as well traditional huts which gave the real native touch ...of island experience. I enjoyed 6 nights of stay with beautiful ocean view with trees. Watching sunset from room balcony with wine was magical. Overall the staff were very friendly and willing to help - from housekeeping to breakfast, shop etc. The cultural activities were the cherry on cake. I highly recommend everybody to take part in cultural activity of their interest. THey have activities on various topics - language, dance, song, hei making, navigation etc. In summary, I highly recommend this property if you like to enjoy a hospitable stay with native island experience.
