Not a Luxury Experience!
Compass13840045347 (Austin, Texas) on May 11, 2025
This is a business hotel, not a luxury property. Forget the views. The rooms are decent Marriott/Courtyard quality, etc: Not enough towels or washcloths, etc. Example: they meter out the soap and shampoo... in minute quantities. You might get cramps before you pump the quantity you need out of the metered disepnser. Not close to a luxury experience. Save your money and stay at a business hotel. Or spend the money and stay at a bonfide luxury hotel if you want luxury. Mediocre hotel.

Elegance with Class

Elegance with class. It’s nice to know that hotels still exist like this. Had a wonderful stay and looking forward to returning again soon. Although it was a bit crowded for the time we came, you could sti...ll find areas to duck away and hid from the crowds.
Misery instead of Anniversary
Pexie R on May 10, 2025
It should be special for our decade Anniversary but it became a misery. Not really a good experience. Nothing special. The place will never make you feel special because of the people who works there and m...issing a lot of customer care and service.
Luxury

This was the 9th and last hotel on our road trip. We'd been disappointed with the room at the hotel prior to this so when they offered me an upgrade for $160 for the 1 night I took it. This made the tota...l cost $460for the night, so not cheap, but the suite was enormous, with a large lounge, separate large bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs. We were in the Spa Tower, so set back a bit from the main hotel, but if you ignored the car park directly below, the view from both windows was the fountains, Eiffel Tower, the Sphere and the mountains behind. Lying on the large bed, with the curtains drawn back at the press of a button, the Eiffel Tower was the main focal point. Air con worked efficiently with separate controls for lounge and bedroom. No noise from other rooms or the hallway (a long way from the bed). We could hear the fountains when they did their display. The mini bar had a separate area for storing your own items. The only downside was no coffee making facilities. It was a long trek to the nearest coffee shop on the ground floor, and it was really busy in the morning. There was plenty of room for a coffee machine and at this price point I would expect a few free coffee pods.
