Let down. Rooms were small and dated, lay out was not conducive to run back to your room. Food was mediocre at best. It was pouring rain, out of their control, but the rest of the issues could be fixed. Shuttles were slow and took forever to get. Beach was not user friendly. I understand the tropical storm was a huge factor in how enjoyable it was… but the service and food is not related to the rain. They would give 2 bottles of water a day, and even the spa extras didn’t work. I had a wonderful treatment, but the shower was ice cold and so was the room. I have stayed at 6 of their hotel group resorts and this was the worst by a large margin. Our personal concierge was good in the start, but was misleading and ghosted us after we needed her help with our room change. We never heard back, even after our flight home was canceled. Major letdown.

Amazing time - great accommodations! Room was clean. Food is fantastic. The transportation was phenomenal. Hillary/Merari is the best, she was so helpful and took great care of us! She made the atmosphere fun with great activities and kept the vibes high!
