Do not book thru Vacasa

This review is not for the property. For Vacasa Support. Extreme disappointment with the customer service I received during my recent 7-night stay at one of Vacasa properties. My family of four experienced significant issues that severely impacted our vacation experience. The most pressing concern was our inability to obtain fresh towels throughout our week-long stay. Despite multiple requests to Vacasa's customer support, we were not provided with clean towels. This basic amenity is essential for any accommodation, especially for a family staying for an extended period. What's more concerning is the apparent breakdown in communication between Vacasa's support team and the local representative. When I spoke directly with the local representative, they informed me that they had not been contacted about our towel requests at all. This lack of internal communication is unacceptable and resulted in a failure to meet our basic needs. The inability to provide such a fundamental service as fresh towels, coupled with the evident miscommunication within your organization, reflects poorly on Vacasa's commitment to customer satisfaction. As paying guests, we expected a certain level of service and responsiveness, which was not met during our stay.
Over priced and low quality

Not what we expected. We paid resort prices for sub par Airbnb experience. What we didn’t realize is that it is an arrangement where individual units are privately owned and managed by the company so the apartment you get is at the mercy of the owner. We had booked a 1 bedroom apartment for 3 adults. The a/c in the living area didn’t work and obviously hadn’t for a long time given the state of the compressor outside. As the sleeper sofa for the 3rd guest was here it was not pleasant. They were very proud of the fact that they put a fan in there… The cooktop had 1 knob for 4 burners, how much would new knobs be? Cockroach droppings were in bowls beneath sink, reception excuse was they were short staffed and can’t be expected to clean everything. What a joke, they cleaned nothing. Housekeeping was only available after 4th night, new towels or housekeeping would incur $30 or $50 daily charge. Trash removal was non existent and we were told to take it to the industrial dumpster far behind the hotel. I’m sure some owners take pride in their apartment but not this owner. Gardens were lovely to look at but that doesn’t negate state of apartment. We did get the resort fee $31/ night removed but that was not ideal. Book a real resort not this one.
