So many great things to say about our short & unexpected stay here. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The rooms are so smartly laid out so as to maximize the number of ocean view rooms and the view of the central pool. The food was also great! (Try the pork belly at Maomao!) But the absolute best, from a service perspective and most memorable, was our encounter with Art at Maomao. We shared stories from his ohana and mine, about Oahu of old, and the beauty of Kauai. We were especially touched that he shared with us, not one but two beautiful "a capella" songs. This was a truly unexpected and treasured honor. Mahalo, Art. <3

Stayed here 8 years ago when it was a Courtyard by Marriott. The improvements are nice and our room was very nice. Your staff was courteous and professional and the boys helped me unload our car. Our room view was so so, for the money spent it should have been better .Beach and pool access were good and the on site buffet option was great.

Kyle was our bartender at the Sheraton and he was absolutely a joy and even remembered us from our last trip in 2023. He is funny with just the right amount of interaction and truly has a gift of connecting with people and making everyone feel special. Kyle is also an incredible mixologist. My favorite drink is a lemon drop martini which I like tart & not sweet but sugar in rim and unfortunately rarely made correctly. He asked if I’d be willing to try one of his creations which would be to replace the simple syrup with a raspberry liqueur for tartness. I absolutely LOVED IT and our experience at the Sheraton with Kyle. We will always come back to your hotel for the incredible service we received from Kyle… and the food was great too ! Drank at the Crooked Surf on our last night on Kauai, it was the perfect spot! Kyle was our bartender, he was so great. We were pretty indecisive about what cocktails to try but ended up loving everything he made (ask him for an extra spicy margarita—trust me). He was super knowledgeable about the area too and was able to recommend a ton of great options for us to eat with a dietary restriction. So glad we ended our stay on Kauai here! Great vibes all around!

The Sheraton Coconut Beach Hotel was a perfect place to stay on our Hawaiian vacation to Kauai! The staff is friendly, relaxed and helpful. We especially loved Nikki at the valet desk for her sense of humor and helpfulness in giving us recommendations of where to eat and sights to see. The location is a perfect spot midway on the island to quickly access and explore other areas to the north and south. Pros: Bicycles included Bike trail is nearby Pool is refreshing and not too crowded Free Parking (easy in and out.. no hassle!) Pool towels aren’t an issue like other resorts Lots of restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops within a short walk or bike ride. Clean and updated rooms Beautiful grounds and views I would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone that says they’re visiting Kauai!
