We just returned from our 6th trip to Le Blanc Los Cabos, and the experiences just keep getting better. We have been long time all-inclusive resort travelers, and have had myriad experiences, both good and bad, but we have never found a place that treats the average traveler as good as Le Blanc. We are not members or VIP's, we are just regular folks, looking for a relaxing vacation. Everything about this resort is wonderful. The butlers really make the experience personal. Daniel and Elvis did an amazing job for us throughout, and they were only a text message away. At the pool, we were spoiled by Cesar and Juan, while Alberto and Karime brought us drinks. Alfredo and his staff kept us entertained with a constant schedule of available activities. Joel and Raul oversee all of the pool staff and make sure your experience is second to none. The restaurants are all good, with our favorites being the Italian and Asian. We love the sushi, and the quality of the fish is excellent. Marisol saw to that every twist and turn in our order was executed perfectly and our glasses were never empty. German runs an excellent restaurant, and all of his staff are top notch. As a surprise (which we are generally opposed to), Cesar and Alfredo set up a private beach dinner for us that was beyond impressive. We have never seen that type of caring or attention to detail by any resort in the past. If I could put my finger on the one thing that makes this place better than any other, I would say it is the employees. They all interact with you as if you are family. I think the employees do such a great job because the company gives them the tools to be successful. Within reason, nobody here will say no. When the company supports the managers, and the managers support the employees, the guests will always win.

Another wonderful stay at Le Blanc to celebrate Dia de Muertos. Thanks to the pool concierges, Raphael, Hanna, Oscar Sebastian and Cesar, he’s got moves like R2D2. ( Star Wars) Thanks to our Butlers Gustov. Paul and Alejandra. Great waiters at Yama Hector and Eduardo, Caesar at Lumiere, Miguel at Oceana, Diego at Habibi.. Manny for aqua aerobics and Daniel for aqua spin. The service at Le Blanc is the best we’ve ever experienced, all the staff are friendly and always acknowledge you.
