Splendid restaurant at the resort!

The food was fantastic and Mario Diaz took great care of us! They managed to get us in on short notice, which we appreciated. Menu’s had lots of options - gluten free, vegan, etc. Good atmosphere and pretty scenery. Dessert was delicious and we would return again!

I have absolutely no idea why the reviews at this hotel are so high. I stayed here with my family and it is a complete scam. We purchased an all inclusive package and paid approx $1200/night for it. When it came to actually eating dinner at the property, the hotel informed us that we didn’t need reservations and then denied us a table when we actually tried to dine at the Italian restaurant on site. They basically only allow you to eat at the buffet style restaurant on perpetual every day which is like a 2/10 (breakfast is slightly better). Service at the pool is horrible and takes about 1hr to get your lunch and barely edible. On top of that, we were here for NYE and they closed 2/3 restaurants on site and then charged guests $50 a person to attend the event with the same exact menu of the restaurants they closed- that are supposed to be all inclusive. Will never stay here again and really recommend others to think about other properties when they visit Cabo. So many better options. Such a disappointment.
