I must say our experience would not have been the same with out your great staff. From Angel being literally heaven sent and meeting our every need, Keno at the roof top bar keeping us happy and entertained , Kai always keeping us laughing and dancing, Shelly Ann filling in at the roof top bar in Keno’s absence, Austinel willing and available to capture the best photos when needed, Martin and FreeStyle made sure to always ask if we had everything we needed, Lance for helping make sure our last day was complete, and the gentleman who taught me How to conquer in Jamaican Dominos ??. Also the hostess how I’m not sure I failed to get her name, but she met us at every restaurant willing and ready to assist. You all were beyond what we expected to help celebrate our 7Yr Wedding Anniversary, and we look forward to our next visit very very soon!!!

Six of us went stayed here from 7/6 to 7/10 and it was everything we needed! We had two rooms that were swim ups, three in each room! Each room comes with a Butler and this review is mainly about ours! Olivia!!! She was the BEST!!! For the three of us this trip was most about relaxing and downloading from everyday life. She understood the assignment and made sure we had everything we needed. We let her know that we were comfortable with her coming in, while we were in the swim-up to deliver whatever she had for us! Olivia is a sweetheart, very personable and professional at the same time! You would never know that this was a new job and that she is still in her probationary period! If you have the chance to meet her, you will meet a friend!
