The experience here was not very good. I didn't feel welcome here by my own Jamaican people. I literally had to demand our welcome drink while the white tourists were being greeted joyfully with theirs.Some of the staff were rude and not pleasant, some were nice and accommodating. The gift shop staff were excellent, the food was very good.i loved the pool and the beach settings. Front desk staff needs customer service training. I waited in my room for over 45 mins for a bell man and I still had to come down and get one for myself even after calling 3 times to remind them at the front desk about sending one.

I’m here now. The staff here are the most rude people I have endured in my entire life. I’ve travelled the world. The staff here are disgusting. There was no point to changing name or ownership of this hotel if you don’t change this staff. I have not received one pleasantry from any member of staff. Reception bar staff so miserable. I don’t have the energy to keep engaging with them. This is jamaica land of reggae soul and good vibes. I’ve paid £10,000.00 for this s..t. And I’m here til 26th of December. I’ve paid all this money. Honestly anyone looking to come here for a good vibes experience needs to not come because it’s a lot of money for this treatment. I will discourage everyone from coming to this hotel and to Jamaica. You are not good vibes people. You are a sad miserable mean lot. Maybe if I’d gone to Hilton my experience would have been different but I didn’t . There won’t a third time visit for me. I’m done with Jamaica and you sad mean miserable lot.
