Amazing hotel. Perfect stay

We had an absolutely amazing time at this resort, we stayed hideaway non DC and we loved every minute of it. The room was beautiful with a perfect view, we were block 8. Foot was stunning, even the food from the 24 hour room service was great. If you want a nice drink, see Mikhail at the pool bar, tip him and he will look after you. Top guy. All the staff were great. The beaches are stunning, I'd go back tomorrow.

This place is amazing. It is honestly the best all inclusive resort that I have been to. 99 percent of the staff are lovely. We booked diamond club and it is well worth it. Our butlers Dwight and Okeen were absolutely wonderful. Two absolutely lovely guys. Nothing was too much. Chana and Tameeka at the hideaway pool bar were gorgeous souls, again nothing was too much. The only issue I had here was at the Italian restaurant, Grazia. The staff at this restaurant were extremely rude and the food wasn't nice either. I did raise this with management and the two managers were lovely and took my feedback on board. If I hadn't of experienced the poor service from 2 of the staff at the Italian then this would have been a 5 star review. Also I think the royalton need to pay their staff more and give them more days off. One day is not enough! No wonder there was a strike..rightly so. The majority of staff are honestly amazing and they deserve to be treated properly.
