Beautiful Hotel and Friendly Staff

The hotel is beautiful, we were greeted right outside of our car with helping hands for our luggage. The front desk was speedy and very friendly at getting us checked in earlier than expected and Jack Jack was excellent with bringing our bags directly to our room and showing us around the hotel.

Excellent service from Valet to Bell hop and front desk. Jack Jack was great! Food was great! Atmosphere of hotel during holiday season was excellent. I would highly recommend the Sheraton Downtown! Was here to attend TSO concert and The Nutcracker ballet.
