Never again

A scam disguised as a hotel – Never again, and I don’t recommend it I recently stayed at this hotel, and the experience was awful on multiple levels. What bothered me the most is how they play with the in...formation just to charge you more. At check-in, they tell you that you have a $30 USD credit to use at the hotel, but they don’t mention that on your last day, you can’t use it. So, naturally, my husband and I went to have breakfast at their restaurant thinking the credit would apply. Surprise — when the bill came, we were told the credit wasn’t valid that day and we had to pay the full amount. To make things worse, the sign outside the restaurant says breakfast costs $38 per person. But the final bill? $50 each. Why? Because they automatically add a “service fee” without explaining anything upfront. So we ended up paying $100 USD for a completely average breakfast for two — no luxury, nothing special. Not just expensive — it felt like a trap. On top of that, the hotel is under construction. You feel like you're walking through a maze, with blocked hallways, detours, noise, and dust everywhere. This should have been clearly stated before booking. The rooms are nothing special either — basic furniture, low comfort, and definitely not worth the price they charge. In short: a frustrating, misleading experience that doesn’t match what they advertise. This hotel takes advantage of poor communication to squeeze more money out of guests, and it fails to deliver on comfort or service. I won’t be coming back, and I absolutely do not recommend it.
Needs some serious room updates, dingy.

I stayed here for one evening after a business dinner at Capital Grille. While centrally located. This place needs some serious upgrades. They are updating the foyer area, but the rooms are quite dingy-the... kind where you don’t want to walk barefoot on the carpet. The bed was surprisingly comfy and clean, almost out of place for the rest of the furniture in there. The doors were literally smack next to each other. Small entry way….If I was staying more than one night I would have changed hotels. Affordable, and I guess you get what you pay for.
