This Hotel should be be associated with Disney at all

First let me say, they use the term, "management has reviewed your issue," as a way to disregard anything you are saying at all. Ask yourself, do you want to spend your money on a a place that truly does ...not care about you as a paying customer? The staff here lives in their own bubble of reality, I think being linked to Disney gives them some sort of falsely inflated sense of value and misguided arrogance. An arrogant person is usually good at what they do, let me say the employees here are the worst type of person you could encounter and none of them should be working in the hospitality industry. Specifically, Michele who says she is the all encompassing manager, is a joke. She talks to people like they are insignificant, but the universal law of Karma will pay her a visit soon! The owner or whoever leaves these fake responses as if they care should be ashamed. TRUST ME, SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE, at least get some gratitude. There are several hotels with larger room sizes at cheaper prices located right next to this property. The staff is nice at those hotels and you are even closer to the Disney entrance. Look up the Tropicana, Best Western or the Fairfield by Marriott to name a few. I was immediately greeted by a Valet attendant who was on a power trip as soon as I pulled into the lot at Camelot. Things didn't go so well from there, so I will spare the details. Carefully read these reviews and realize there are multiple mentions of management and customer service attitudes from quite a few people that have no relation or have never met each other before. This is a sign you should not ignore. Don't be tricked by the glossy ads online designed to take you money.
Terrible hotel and staff

Terrible customer service... Lies to your face every turn tries to tell you people in your suite and that why you can't get in when you clearly prove no one in room claims your lying and they never said th...at... Then when you deal with manager, manager claims she was there the night of incident that was never said. Then tells others oh I will investigate but if you were there you wouldn't have too. Treat paying customers less like trash... Then day shift after gets rude and disrespectful... Showers barely work it a spray or drip but you have to be right on it to get any water on you. You can hear all vehicle sounds. No sealing on doors so kids running in halls or neighbors doing anything you could hear in each room... And so help me there any issue with any kinda you are at fault... Pool is in disrepair with only being half full holes in flooring and salt based cleaning system. Toilets run all night instead of filling and sealing. It just keeps running flushing problems. Maintenance when was told had to fix something did but the fact that you know your having extended stay wouldn't you have the room check just a thought before hand so those aren't issues well they are staying with you.
