Great Disney Partner Lodging

Four stars because there was not an included breakfast, and even though they are a Disney partner, they did not offer a Disney shuttle. Otherwise, the rooms were very clean and spacious. There is housekee...ping only once per week, but that was fine with us as long as we got the items we needed (fresh towels, tissues, etc.), which we did get with no problem. The desk people were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom large enough for our needs (counter space). Additional hand bars in the bath would have been great. We did have an adjoining room for family which was really convenient. We did book this room via Costco Travel, which also took care of the resort fee, and combined the room cost with our Disney tickets. This is the best way to be in these rooms (our opinion)!
Excellent suite hotel in Anaheim

We originally booked another hotel, but they overbooked and moved us to the Sonesta ES Suites. It actually was a lot better than the hotel we were originally booked at. Everything, from check in to check ...out was outstanding. All the staff members we met here were super friendly and helpful. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom unit for four adults. It was nice having space to stretch out and having the kitchen/living room was great for relaxing and preparing snacks. Breakfast was good, food was fresh and the breakfast room staff was on top of anything that needed to be replenished. The pool/spa area was very clean, pool was warm, spa was hot, everything about this area was excellent. The hotel grounds are very well kept and has beautiful plants and flowers. we enjoyed sitting out by the pool and visiting with each other. We will definitely be staying here in the future when we visit Anaheim.
