Great hotel experience starts with friendly and over the top service and assistance from their front desk. I want to commend Jenny for that as she was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is a whole vibe with spacious amenities, top tier service, clean and organized room. We'll definitely come back to stay.

I've stayed at Sonesta ES Suites and it's not a resort hotel, which I knew when I first booked a stay there and yet and still, it's a treat every time. Full kitchen area in every room no matter the bed choices and they provide you with everything you need from utensils, to plates, glasses, mugs, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, to shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The hotel staff are excellent. Both accommodating and efficient all the while maintaining a great demeanor. I've had the pleasure of being assisted by both Iyanna and Pam on several occasions and they are absolutely a cut above. Did I mention the complimentary breakfast buffet that changes things up on a daily basis? Or how about the heated pool and hot tub that's open late? ALL of that at a most affordable rate! PSA. Things will not be perfect, as nothing ever is - but if you need assistance - just ask and you will get it with a smile. Dogs are allowed, so if you're afraid of dogs, allergic, or for any reason don't like them - this may not be the hotel for you. There are only two elevators located closer to one side of the building than the other, so if you are handicap and/or just want quick access to the elevators - just tell the front desk upon check in and they'll accommodate you. I will definitely continue to book at this hotel, because it just makes sense!

Great hospitality and service. The front desk Jenny was very accommodating, helpful and outstanding during our stay at the hotel. Room was very clean and organized, amenities were so nice and they have a big space to hangout with around the lobby area. Definitely recommend checking in.

Pam was exemplary and catered to our needs. This was not our first trip to Anaheim but was our first to sonesta. The breakfast was wonderful! The hotel was clean and look very well maintained. We will be returning to this property. Thanks Pam!

The earlier reviews helped make our decision to stay at this hotel however we were very disappointed. The room was dirty when we arrived, there was dust so thick on the dresser in the bedroom that it left handprints. There was blood on the sheets on one of the beds, the fridge was leaking, we had to clean the room ourselves. The pool area had a pile of bird faces the whole 5 nights we stayed at the hotel, the pool chairs were so dirty it made your clothes dirty and there was garbage in the stairwell that was not cleaned until night 5 of our stay. We were disgusted with our room/hotel and if we hadn't prepaid we would have changed hotels the moment we checked in.
