This is my third time staying at this fabulous property and I can’t wait to return. From the amazing welcome at front desk - thank you Sergio, to our fun day at the pool with wonderful service thanks to Lexi. The rooms are beautiful and extremely comfortable - always clean. Great location, easy walk to downtown Disney. Can’t say enough positive things about this property!

The hotel is amazing. Wanted a place close to Disney initially for our family of 8, never expected it to be so perfect. The staff, the service…. I can’t say enough positive things. They have rockstars working there. Cleaning, front desk, valet, and William in the concierge lounge is truly the better ever. Despite him loving the Trojans (kidding), he remembered our large family, always had a smile on his face and just a beam of light. Truly the rockstar of the rockstars. We will be back, and we don’t say that very often. In a time where service and friendliness have been forgotten, this Westin stands very tall.
