Rude and accusatory staff were disinterested in helping change or make a new reservation due to a booking and policy issue due to the room being booked under my spouses name (not arriving at the same time ...that day). For context, we are both Gold Elite Bonvoy members. Whatever hotel policy is the staff need training in how to work out a technical error and empathize with their guests who have often just arrived on a cross country flight at 1am in the morning.

My bride and I got away and unplugged and RESTED!! From the minute we walked up to the front desk, until we climbed into our Uber to the airport to come home, the staff was so friendly and helpful!! We ver...y much enjoyed our time in Orlando, in large part because of all of the kindness shown to us and help given to us by the amazing staff!! Whether it was asking for restaurant recommendations, or where to go for water/drink items, snacks, and blister care and sunscreen, they were great to everyone I saw them interact with!! The only bummer was that the hot tub jets weren't working while we were there, but the water was still hot and enjoyable!! And it made it easier to visit with the other folks who were in it too!! It wasn't the most updated hotel I've ever stayed at, but it was very reasonably priced either! I would definitely go there again!!
