This resort has so much to offer. Kid and couple friendly. Once on resort, you really don't need to leave for anything. The Waterpark is AWESOME. They have several restaurants options. A pool close to each building. Close to all the Orlando attractions

Crazy resort Fees!!!! Stayed for 2 weeks in April, even though our booking confirmation read Resort fee included reception insisted we pay €700 dollars for their resort fee! They would not accept that we d booked a promotion offer to Inc resort fee. Thankfully Netflights, who we had booked with were very good and although we had to pay the fee they did reimburse us within a few days, (shouldn't of happened) this caused a lot of stress for the first couple of days trying to contact UK etc. Also the room you book is not any of the ones pictured, very very small.

This is the worst place to stay. We are owners with Westgate. We walked into a filthy dusty carpet stained room. The shower is disgusting. We have 5 nights at this dirty overpriced place. Take your hard earned money and go elsewhere. I have to breathe this mess in for 5 days. Going to get a purifier. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. We stayed here in 2019 and it was falling apart then. We asked for a renovated room and they claim they were out but that is a lie. This is a shame. I’d rather sleep in my car than in this mess. Never again. They better not ask me for another penny for any thing. I wouldn’t even let my dog lay on this filthy carpet. Wesgate should be ashamed of themselves. Then you want us to come to a meeting on updates for what. Update these nasty rooms and then we might have something to talk about.

The floors are not mopped. When we called ro have the room cleaned, the two ladies that came was very aggravated and only spot clean. The chairs are stained .The room smell like a barn with animals. I called and nothing was done. If it were free I would not complain, but I paid to stay here. Will make sure to highlight this at the sales pit h tomorrow. Disgusting.

Nice resort with lots of potential if they invest some time and money. However, we will not be going back there again. Firstly, it took them 6 weeks and copious amounts of emails constantly chasing via our agent to return our $50.00 deposit. We were told that the refund/release would be returned within 5 hours of us leaving. It was a very dirty apartment of which I did most of the cleaning (see photos below). It was also in need of maintenance works as listed below: 1) Safe not working 2) Laundry door needing adjusting to open it without further damage 3) Dirty kitchen tools 4) Dirty oven with broken door sills 5) Dirty and rusted microwave 6) Badly rusted dishwasher racks 7) Blood on architrave in bedroom and bathroom 8) Ground in dirt on tiled floors to include balcony 9) Food and months of dirt debris around the rim of the table on the balcony 10) Bathroom basin full of grime 11) Recreational drugs being smoked around the small pool at weekends and in the room next door to us. Reception were very proactive in getting trades to sort out the issues once reported. However we lost a day of our holiday waiting in for workmen to fix the safe (3 different people to fix the safe). Then we waited for the maintenance guy to re-adjust the jammed laundry door. We had to wait for the cleaners to scrub the oven and microwave but not much improvement happened as the dirt and grime was baked on in the oven and rust couldn’t be cleaned from the microwave. So a ‘works order’ was raised to order new oven racks, new oven sills which were badly worn and a new microwave. Neither the oven racks, sills or new microwave came during our stay. Wire baskets were swapped out on the dishwasher as they were so rusty. The replacements came from a different dishwasher and the top rack couldn’t be used properly thereafter as a result, as it was far too shallow. The supervisor cleaned the blood off the bedroom architrave and I cleaned the rest of the apartment. The supervisor conceded that the general state of the apartment was ‘unacceptable’ in her own words. I spent a further half a day cleaning the bathroom, floor tiles, balcony table rim and balcony floor. We had to report the use of recreational drugs being used in the room next to us the latter part of our 10 day stay. The smell was very strong and pungent. Security resolved this issue for us. Although smoking of any kind was not allowed around the small pool adjacent to our building, there were quite a few people smoking drugs especially of a weekend. There didn’t appear to be any security or attendants during the day around the pool so people disregarded the rules.
