Resort fees include
- Unlimited basic internet access in your guest room and public resort areas.
- Local and domestic long distance (contiguous 48 states) and 1-800 access calls from your guest room.
- Complimentary half day afternoon session at Trailblazers Kids Club for the family daily from 1 - 5 pm
- $25 spa credit per paid night, towards a body or facial treatment at our Well & Being Spa (this credit is not cumulative and is valid once per day).
- On-site transportation service (resorts guest rooms, on site restaurants, spa, pools and meeting space).
- Shuttle transportation service to the Toro restaurant at the TPC Stadium golf course and to and from both TPC/Grayhawk golf courses.

Act attentive but don’t deliver service

hotel staff tries to act so attentive yet hotel doesn’t provide service - requested turn down service and we returned to room to find cards in our door that said we requested privacy so they didn’t do it. When we called to complain they transferred us 3 times and then evening front desk manager said he would look into it ?
Ryan at the Gold Lounge is the best!

I wanted to share with you the absolutely exceptional service I experienced at the Fairmont with Ryan Hoeck in the Gold lounge. I travel every week for work to many high end properties and I feel lucky to have met Ryan on my trip this week. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. He had answers to every question that I needed. He truly made my trip memorable and I will come back to this property because of him. He is kind, knowledgeable, enjoyable to talk to, and provides top notch superior service. The hotel is lucky to have him. Please let him know how much I enjoyed meeting him. He makes a difference.
