My husband and I went to the Fairmont for our double birthday. To make it special, I requested several things: An early check in, close proximity to the adult pool, and quiet room. The hotel was able to provide an early checkin and proximity to the pool. However, the room was at the end of the hall so got a bit of noise from the maid staff. I do want to mention that the adult pool is wonderful. It's a saltwater pool and has excellent waitstaff. The hotel made up for the room noise by delivering free delicious cookies and milk for our birthday. They also had fireworks that night for upcoming 4th of July. We also ate at their onsite steak house which was very good. This hotel is a treat to stay at. I highly recommend it.

Never has a hotel been more aptly named - we felt like royalty from the moment we walked in to the moment we (very sadly) left. The staff in this hotel are outstanding, the food in each of the venues is fantastic, and the resort is just stunning and magical. There were so many exceptional staff in the resort it’s hard to know where to start - but Betsy and Brittany in ironwood really looked after us for dinner Keith from bell was so helpful and has been with the hotel for such a long time - and he’s clearly still so passionate about it that it’s infectious! Jake at the pool looked after us on a daily basis, remembering details about what we had planned to do the previous day and asking how it had been etc, like he genuinely cared. Marco at Sunset pool was so cool and looked after us so well - and Melissa always remembered our order! Dominic was our first server at breakfast on our first day and made us feel so welcome! Sandy was another breakfast server that went above and beyond for us to make sure we had everything we needed. Carlee was also amazing and made sure the kids were heard! ?? We celebrated a birthday while we were there, and Jeff in bourbon steak made sure it was the most memorable and special experience! The plaza bar is a nice place to grab a quick drink before dinner (their bar menu is also nice) and you will always be met with a smile and a really friendly chat by Veronica! Honestly one of the best Mexican meals I’ve ever had was in La Hacienda - and the coffee after dinner is a real spectacle to behold and the most delicious coffee you will ever taste - don’t skip it even if coffee keeps you awake, it’s worth it!!! Carlos was fantastic at explaining the menu and Nick who I think was the manager, saw the note of the birthday on our profile and brought the most amazing sharing dessert which was so special! I can’t talk highly enough of this stay and we cannot wait to visit again. It was truly the most fantastic family vacation that made memories we will all cherish - mostly down to the people who looked after us. We are so grateful to you all!!!!!

The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is a AAA Five Diamond resort and it is stunning Now, it is in the desert so it can get ever so hot, but the AC in your room will keep you cool. We had a room with a balcony and we loved it. The room service was great as are the places to eat right there. You don't have to leave the hotel if you just want comfort and peace and quiet. There are about 6 pools some have waterslides, cabanas, poolside service and an adorable fake beach--all sandy white. The Well & Being Spa is huge and whatever you want or need done they have. Get a massage. It was wonderful. Our room was large and very clean. The staff is great and can advise you of places to go off site if you want. Your room will be kept so clean. They also have a nice golf course I think they have fancy tournaments there, but I am not sure. My husband loved it. There are five restaurants on site, and we tried 3 of them. They were so great. It is an expensive hotel, but for us, it was worth it all.

This was a much needed break away from 'life' and staying at the Fairmont Princess did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such pleasantness from the staff. Every employee that we encountered was so nice, professional, and seemed to truly be interested in how our stay was. The food was amazing at the Hacienda. Next time we visit, we will try Toro as it was closed for renovation. We will definitely be staying here again.

Nice room, and place however the pools could have been cleaner. Lots of debris in beach pool, like hair, bees etc. pool with slides had way too much chlorine. Our room was beautiful, well cleaned and cozy. The housekeeping service was delightful.
