This renovated resort is absolutely gorgeous. The staff were all amazingly helpful, kind and professional. Housekeeping services impeccable. Breakfast at hotel/resort, the breakfast sandwich SO GOOD. The ...pools with adult section a plus. Yes!

Gorgeous hotel and should have had great experience based on options and views, but I just felt like the staff was not as kind or hospitable as they should have been, especially with all the issues with th...e power going out. A simple understanding and nice gesture would have gone so far. After we had to leave property due to the power going out, I simply requested a late check out and I was told one hour. I worked for hotels & went to hospitality school, one hour is what they offer you on a normal day. Should have been better for major issues such as not getting to use amenities and now power.

The resort was absolutely amazing. Each restaurant was incredibly attentive to my food allergy, even mentioning it before we placed our orders, which made me feel well cared for and safe. We were there to ...celebrate our anniversary, and the hotel did not disappoint. Every detail—from the service to the ambiance—helped make our stay truly memorable.

Late to review, but we had a fantastic time here! Everyone we encountered were more than eager to help. We had a GOH award and were upgraded to a queen room with a huge balcony. The front desk manager even... came to speak with me when checking in and I felt so important even though I am not lol! This stay was at the end of a week long road trip around AZ and we wanted a day to relax before flying back to the east coast. I don’t believe we have ever stayed somewhere so nice. The club lounge attendants were amazing with our kids and so sweet with any question we had. We are a family with two young kids, so tend to stay in Hyatt Place or Hyatt House. We called down to ask if there was a microwave available for leftovers- and they said yes we’ll send one up-it was literally there within 3 minutes. The bird show was so much fun and our kids enjoyed the pools and the slide until it closed. We even watched a beautiful wedding from the pool one night-our kids loved seeing everyone dressed up and hearing the crowd cheer when the vows were done! I would 100% come back here-either with a family, a couple, or solo. If it wasn’t so far away I would be back this summer! We loved it-can’t say enough about the staff and service-they were all amazing.

Nice hotel with all the amenities you'll need. The space was modern but yet cozy in the lounge areas. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The bartenders were very friendly and able to make anyt...hing you wanted while at the bar with top shelf liquor.
