The place is great and the animation time is the best. This was my first visit in DR and I am so glad I came. The hotel staff is friendly and the resort is clean and modern! The entertainment staff are THE BEST ! This was our first holiday with my boyfrend, we live in Europe and I wished to go to paradise with him and we really did. I was choosing this resort and I couldn’t choose better. It was amazing! We came for two weeks but we wished to stay forever. Beautiful resort, beautiful beach, golden sand, palms everywhere. The only sad thing was that the sea had most of the days big vawes so we had to be in the pool. The food was amazing, we couldn’t decide what to eat because everything looked amazing so we always took a little bit from everything and ate it all and we were so full. We tried the ala kart restaurants too, and the food was super, it was really hard to decide where to eat, because all the food everywhere was just amazing. We loved the tematic dinners - mexican evening, dominican evening, sushi evening. All the employees of the resort are so amazing and so so kind, always in a good mood and smiling, and singing, the cleaning ladies, gardeners, barmans, waiters and waitresses, animators, singers, guides, all the people on the reception and around, everyone you meet in the resort is a sweetheart and make you feel like at home. I wish to take them all home with me in our restaurant, because I wish so much to have theese amazing people always around me and work with them. Music is everywhere, live singers, Erica is singing like an angel, disco at the evening is a super idea for people who don’t want to go to sleep. Animators will never let you to feel bored, even when it’s raining. The shows they make are professional and beautiful. And we both already miss the aqua aerobic, it was always so fun. We went on a lot of trips, organized by the hotel, and it was beautiful. We saw the beautiful treasures of Dominican Republic and we loved everything, all the different beaches, national park, food… it was a beautiful adventure. We enjoyed every single moment spending in this resort, every minute of every day, and we will come again. It was beautiful, thank you so much.

The weather being what it was, wasn't the best, would've wanted better. That being said, the entertainment team that was in place at the time of our stay was excellent. Cafe, Uli, Connie, keep up the good work and smiles. They where all very invested in what they do. Paired with the service and food, clean beach and ocean, things where great. Our Vibe room was our first experience with a room with its own pool, also great and cleaned daily. Enjoyed the experience! All & all, really enjoyed the resort, and a 25 minute bus from the airport is always fun. Will return given the right price.

One of the resorts I've been to, very good service, good food, employees are friendly and fun. The rooms are huge and comfortable (Block C) with pool included. This resort is ideal for friends and couples who want to have fun and have a good time.
