We stayed for 7 days and it was wonderful. We stayed at the resort the whole time. We were in Tower 4 across from Bacados Restaurant. We ate there every morning for breakfast and were greeted by Emily, who... was welcoming and sat us on the balcony so we could enjoy the ocean view. We had many great servers there including Gio, Toni and Alan. We also went there for dinner (Steakhouse - perfectly cooked ribeye). We also tried all of the other restaurants. Save room for dessert at Hiroshi. There was a lemon which looked like a lemon but was white chocolate with lemon panna cotta inside. We went twice to Blanca Blue, the Mexican restaurant where there were also great servers like Ernesto, Marco and Maximo. I really liked the grilled octopus and the braised beef ribs in birria sauce. The banana foster dessert was yummy and dramatic (flambé!/fire). While my husband and I were relaxing by the pool, my daughter and her friend were hiking to a waterfall, kayaking and snorkeling. Thanks also to the housekeeping staff including Marisol who kept our suite clean and stocked with drinking water.

We’ve visited Garza Blanca many times and had no issues. This time, our family joined us, and they had a 13 month old. We requested a child seat for the trip from the airport to the resort and then back to... the airport. On the way to the property, no car seat was available so the parents had to hold the child, which is not safe or legal. On the way back, we got a car seat but it wasn’t installed and there was nothing to anchor it to. Another failure on the part of Garza Blanca. They are trying to market themselves as family friendly but they are not. The rooms and outdoor areas are not kid friendly at all. They provide floats, a play pen, and a high chair, but that’s about all. The transportation mistake was a big one. On a separate note: Silvia, Veronica, Karla, Gonzalo, Zuno, Philippe, Jose, Alejandro, and the rest of the housekeeping and concierge staff were amazing. They attended to our needs and were patient with us. Our massages were also top notch.

Our family of 4 stayed at Garza Blanca during spring break this year and had a wonderful time. We had a 2 bedroom panaramic sweet it was more than spacious for all our needs. In fact, it's one of the nic...est and largest rooms we've ever stayed, and we travel a lot! It was also our first time at an all inclusive and we found it very helpful when it came to our kids picky eating habits. Service was timely, especially room service for the kids breakfast each morning. As others have mentioned, they have many restaurants on the property, but only 3 of them are "all-ages", but we were there for 5 days so it worked out in the end. We opted to use the hotels babysitting service one night and it couldn't have been easier and the babysitter we had actually ran the kids program so that put our minds to ease once we met her. The trolly is a bit of a pain to deal with, but our kids loved riding it everyday so it worked out. We were in Tower 5 and didn't have problems with the construction as others have noted. During the week you can definitely hear the trucks backing up, but it was on the tail end of our stay so we it wasn't that much of an inconvenience, but it was noticeable. The spa was nice, I recommend the Water Therapy if you're looking for something fun without breaking the bank or spending hours there. The views are incredible! All in all, we found the value and the service to be quite good and would entertain a return visit if we're back in Puerto Vallarta again in the future.

The resort was cleaned, beautiful views of the ocean from are room. The restaurant Blanca Blue was excellent. Are service from the staff Mario and Pablo was superb. But all were excellent. Food was excelle...nt. We did both al la carte, and buffet.

Service was impeccable. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The amenities were generous, and there wasn’t a single moment where we felt we were without anything we needed or wanted. Toiletries are ...L’Occitane, Nespresso machines in every room, and the fridge and snack bars stocked generously everyday. Loved every moment of this lux vacation!
