This was our 5th vacation here and probably our best. While the check-in process is still cumbersome with the obligatory invitation to a free breakfast and briefing (sales itch), we were treated to the most gracious staff and friendly service in all of Mexico. The adventurous members of our group had plenty of options, from kayaking to hiking, while the rest of us lounged around the beautiful pool. We ate some meals on the property and others in town which is only a 15 min taxi ride away. The opportunity to go into town within a few minutes is one of the main attractions for us. Kudos to one special server at Bocados breakfast service, Gio Alan whose attentiveness, charm and humor made each meal more memorable.

At night this hotel caters to wedding parties. We stayed on the 10th floor where the music above us was so loud during a wedding reception, the glass in the shower rattled. We thought they would turn the music off at 10pm. No they didn’t. We called the front desk and no volume change. Do not stay at this hotel if you go to bed at 10pm. It will be as if you are trying to sleep inside an expensive nightclub full of loud music a loud DJ.

All staff associates are friendly, kind and helpful. A special thank you to Karla at concierge services for assisting us with resort navigation as well as city of Puerto Vallarta. Housekeeping services are the “work horse” of any establishment. Natividad was amazing, very accommodating, friendly and provided excellent cleaning services both day and night! Gracias to all!!

Amazing service at the Bocados restaurant! Special thank you to Antonio, Noemi, Alan and Evilva. They were so attentive to our family and made sure we had a great service! Made our family trip amazing! So thankful for their care and service!

Another amazing experience at Garza Blanca. We stayed in a beach front suite which was wonderful and super convenient. My daily ritual was watching the sun rise over Banderas Bay, spectacular. I am typically one who must be busy every minute and other than our daily pickle ball game, this is the only place I am comfortable just sitting by the ocean side pool and relaxing. My wife did the massage on the beach which was awesome. While the location, facility and food are wonderful, it is the incredible staff who make Garza Blanca very special. It is our little slice of heaven.
