My husband and I came for a week.. March 17-24. Although not the fanciest hotel we had an amazing time! The rooms are clean and well stocked. The food was good not always amazing but the Mexican Fiesta was... so much fun and truly amazing! What my husband and I loved most about the resort was the amazing staff!! They made us feel completely at home and were beyond kind and accommodating. We wanted to shout out some of the staff who made our stay so memorable!! German,Calos, David Sr & Jr, Israel and Rodriguez. We would come back here again and again . Thank you all soo much!

We enjoyed our stay; the staff was pleasant and accommodating to our needs, and we would stay again. However, the food was bland and lacked flavor, and the drinks were weak. I also wish they had an elevato...r to help carry our suitcases, and better water pressure in the showers.

If you’re looking for a basic all inclusive resort offering rest & relaxation in the sun, this is the perfect place at a reasonable price. Take your pick between the pool or a quick walk and/or shuttle to... the beach. Staff was amazing, friendly, and always willing to help! We would go back in a heartbeat

Very cozy place with an authentic Mexican feel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They keep your drinks full and their is always something at the snack bar. The pool is clean and just cool enou...gh to quench the days heat. Only a 5 min cab ride to the Mallecan and 5 min walk to the public beach.

I had a massage and facial with Guadalupe at Hacienda Buenaventura Spa today. 10/10 Best experience I have had to date! Perfect atmosphere, professional provider. The price was very reasonable. All in all... our complete stay at Hacienda Buenaventura has been good! ??
