We came to the Grand Palladium 2 years ago and loved it so much that we returned for our honeymoon this past week (going home today). The first time we stayed in the Family Selection side with our young ki...ds, and this time we stayed close to the adult pool since we didn’t bring the kids this trip. Both trips were very enjoyable! The rooms are good, the food and shows are both great, and the service is amazing! The staff here are top notch and a special shoutout to Bernardo at the adult pool bar! The friendliest guy and make sure you order a Bernardo special! Delicious with either tequila or vodka :) Can’t wait to come back again next year!

This was our 2nd stay at this resort in 9 years. 1st time they had a mini zoo in the middle, this time it’s lush gardens with fun seating areas. Technology has come a long way too. You can download their a...pp and have all the hotel info on your phone. It was so easy to book a restaurant, we ate at a different specialty restaurant each night and the food was very tasty! The only negative for me was the bed was too hard so I used the mattress from the couch to put on top of the bed ( I’m a princess )

Black mold in shower, electrical outlets did not work in our rooms, NO HOT WATER several times of the day, BAT FECES all over the wall and floor outside my room where they “nest”. Wasn’t cleaned up once. B...athroom tap was hanging on by a thread. My grandson got ringworm from the pool. Paid for ocean view room, got partial view. Very noisy with fireworks late at nite. Housekeeping was very noisy at night pushing big carts up and down hallways, laughing, talking. Food next to pool was disgusting. The hamburgers were literally burnt cardboard and not a big variety of food. The “beach” was full of seaweed not cleaned up. Terrible beach very small and rocky. This hotel is too far away from attractions. Uber cancelled on us many times. Taxi only took cash which we were Not aware of until we arrived at our destination. You’re better off to stay closer to town. This hotel was overpriced and we will not stay here again.

Food was pretty good, but not hot at the buffet. Bacon, omg…. Overcooked to the point of no taste. Mexican restaurant was by far the best food, service, friendly.

Trying this as a last ditch effort to get someone to respond to me. Myself and my extended family stayed in march and just as we were trying to get a group photo in our matching shirts one of their photo...graphy people popped up. We thought ‘sure why not?!’, assuming the photos would be expensive, but not ridiculous. They were ridiculously expensive. We had to buy a package to get any photos, and they finally agreed to email us all of the photos and provide them on a hard drive so we said ‘yes’. Once home, we finally get the emailed pictures. And there were only 15/75ish? photos that were taken. This was not what we paid for or agreed upon. No one is responding to me. We just want our family photos.
