All in all it is a great resort. It’s the little things that mean a lot that should be changed. If you want your coffee, fridge (beer, pop, and water) restocked it comes with a price. How is this all inclu...sive. These little things go a long way. The resort is a great size, not over crowded and plenty of room for everyone. No beach chair Olympics here. Always a beach lounger available. Beach and pool area are fantastic. Great kids pool for every age. Service was great and drinks were flowing. Buffet really needs to find a better way to keep the food warm. By the time you grabbed your food and sat down the food was cold. One night all bins were empty making people stand around waiting for food. The rooms were clean and the best beds and pillows I have ever had at an all inclusive in Mexico. I loved watching the resort iguanas moving around the pool deck. If you’re a smoker, there are places to smoke for sure. Would I go back, yes with my grandsons because of the size of resort and the kids pool. Please change your room fridge and coffee policy and this resort would get a five star from me. Staff are very attentive, friendly and make you feel welcome. If you like a small resort this is your place.

The staff are lively and full of energy, and the food is to die for. One of the servers in particular, Salvador, is among the nicest and happiest people I have ever met. The service is also incredible; we ...had a maintenance tech in our room within five minutes of inquiring about a technical issue with our safe. All in all, a five out of five experience. Would definitely go again!

It is a great resort for families. Relatively small but a great kids pool, the staff always remember you and are very friendly and accommodating. The resort is very clean and the staff is always working so... hard. Salvador at breakfast, Carlos and Oniver at supper were always amazing servers.

Salvador and Genaro are the greatest waiters I've ever mer. The buffet and restaurant offered great variety and delicius food, for example quac salad. The hotel when you first see it seems simple, it is ...unassuming and friendly. Room is nice and very clean. Some of staff command of English is very poor however they try very hard.

Good experience. The workers were all respectful, helpful and personable. Grounds crew, maintenance, restaurant, bar, front desk, concierge, everyone else, especially the activity team. Daniel DaSilva, ...Paco and Gus were all full of energy and it was easy to join activities and get service with a good mix of the workers knowing Spanish and English. We had a couple issues with our room, but maintenance came quickly to fix things, and we actually switched rooms so they could deal with a couple things which was great. -Daniel K
