Starting May 1 and continuing through October 31, 2024, Hilton La Romana will be conducting insulation work on the air conditioning pipes across various buildings within both the adults-only and family resorts.
While this work is necessary to ensure optimal guest comfort in the long term, the hotel anticipates there may be some noise, particularly in the specific buildings/floors where the work is being carried out.

Excellent service, Victor & Yoel were very much a pleasure to be around. They brought us what ever we wanted. Even special drinks & a meat tray with wine. They treated us very kindly. The butler service was well worth the money. Thank you guys.

The resort was wonderful, clean, the staff was friendly and courteous. We did the enclave which I would recommend, the enclave lounge, pool and beach was awesome. Our butler Febles was the best, he was always available and went beyond for our anniversary. We goto Sandals often and Febles was the best butler we have ever had. The overall staff was the best staff we have experienced bell boys Aquino, Roderfo and our maid was great. The breakfast buffer was very good, the other restaurants were typical all inclusive food. The only item we wished was better would be the adult intertainmen. Overall our stay was great and we will come back again. Oh on last comment about traveling to the Dominican. Get the VIP service at the airport. We have done this at other islands like Aruba. VIP at Punta Cana was the best, by pass all the lines and the departure lounge was great.
