Our concierge Jenfry was wonderful. He was extremely helpful the entire trip and made sure that all of our needs were met. We would have been lost without him and the resort was lovely. We had a great time and the resort was beautiful. All of the staff was extremely helpful and polite as well.

The hotel was beautiful. The grounds are kept immaculate. We had a really great time. We wanted to just rest and enjoy the beautiful weather, and we did just that. The staff are very friendly. Our concierge, Juan was very nice and helpful. We were level so it was nice to have the restaurant, snack area and rooftop bar for our use. Hoping to return soon. **note to hotel: the pool by the level needs to be cleaner (alot of bugs) and the second floor of level where they have sandwiches and pastries they need to keep the food covered. There were alot of flies on them. Everything looked delicious but it deterred me from eating anything from there**

Melia Punta Cana Wellness is a beautiful resort with well-maintained grounds with many options for activities. There are many Zen type spaces, check their website, it’s nice. The resort is quite long but there are shuttles to help for those who would like to use the transport. The staff is client centric, specifically Nairoby at the front desk customer service. She went above and beyond to ensure that you are having a great experience, and she is a treasure. All staff were kind and attentive, but a few stood out; Kelvin at Mar de Sal restaurant, Willin at the Mosaico, Jose and gentleman at the omelet station at Serendipia buffet, Christian at the Barefoot restaurant. The rooms are clean and comfortable, we stay in building 5, close to the beach and morning buffet Serendipia. The beach is beautiful with plenty of palapas and palm trees. The seaweed is sometimes visible but is cleaned daily. Just note that there are some areas that have small pebbles upon entry. The pool is large and impressive with plenty of pool side palapas and lounge chairs. Fair warning, it is quite deep in most areas. The selection of food choices is plentiful and has a good selection for those who have allergies.

4th time and always great. Our concierges Juan Adbricoles and Eddy Sambo make the time so great and easy. Leidi and Caty in the spa were great. Best massage ever had anywhere. Gerardo is a great restaurant manager at Muoi. Jose was there as well and incredible. Quimera rooftop bartender Reina was spot on as always. On the beach Deiby Leonardo runs the bar with a smile, makes great drinks and is always accomodating. Hailey runs the show on the beach and is a great manager. Margarita, Juan, Felix and Cristian serve the entire beach with wide smiles on their faces and work hard. At this point - these people are family. Simply the best crew around.

It’s our fourth time here and we love it. Beautiful resort, exceptional and friendly service, nice clean rooms, great food. We always book Level and are well taken care of. The entertainment is always great, the staff is funny and kind. Totally worth it. Our concierge, Amable J. Sentil was fantastic and surprised us with a special birthday celebration for our friends 50th birthday. Our driver Jean Carlos Giron was excellent and always remembered us. Highly recommend the Level at Melia Punta Cana Beach.
