As a family of 3 with a child under 10 we had so much to do. The resort staff are always working so hard and always make sure they stop and say hi and make sure youre doing ok. The resort was so clean and the amenities were plentiful. The food was exceptional and you had so many options from restaurants, buffet, burger bar and café. The taco truck was an afternoon delight. The Gym was clean and had a wide variety of cardio and weight options to choose from and was big enough that you could always get a spot. The main pool was being cleaned daily and the entertainment was great. They make sure you can relax with a drink or join in some fun which was great for my son who loved taking part in the events. Abraham at the poolside was an exceptional gentleman who took care of us like part of the family. He was there with what you needed before you even asked, a true gem. The resort felt safe anytime of day and it was beautiful stay. The rooms were near sound proof and we slept very well. I cant say enough about the stay we had, it truly felt like a dream. Counting the days to our return!

The bed mattress was hard, it could have been softer. To hard for the back. they need to replace mattresses with medium comfort

We really enjoyed our stay at the Dream Onyx. Staff were very friendly. The property was kept clean. A few things I encountered were: I had issues with wifi not working properly. The beach had alot of sargassum. Night entertainment was average. There should be more options available to eat at during breakfast and lunch hours. With all that said, I would def go back. We overall had a great time at the lazy river and in general,

Resort was very welcoming and service was excellent at specialty restaurants and pool bars. Alex and Puti Tan were the best part of the entertainment team! Always interacting and genuinely having a great time doing their job! Abrahan Pena was the best main family pool waiter anyone could have ever wanted. He always made sure we were taken care of! Housekeeping was good most days, you could tell when our main housekeeper was not there and we did have to ask for items a few times. Evening shows were great and entertaining.

We love this resort! We return because of the staff, specifically all of the preferred pool staff and Rafael! Rafael is the best butler. This resort is perfect for families and couples!
