We loved our time at TRS Turquesa! Melky, Victor, and Julio were wonderful butlers and made sure our time was better than expected! We can’t wait to come back next time! ?????????????. Best restaurant for food was Kusko. Best service was Jose at La Paisana.

all staff was amazing especially Rodney our bitler who was available 24-7 he was incredible!! He handle every single question we had from dinner reservations to even getting extra outlets etc Edmonda and Bryan at helios were top notch very attentive too Resort needs updating but all in all great time!

I would not recommend nor return to TRS resort. 94.6% of the staff was rude. And the salesman at TRS are aggressive and relentless. The food at all buffets are not managed properly. Americo the driver was amazing!!!
