Beautiful resort, the beach will take your breath away while eating and helios! When you stay the Romance suite is worth every penny! Plenty of room and privacy! Your stay will not be complete with Noerils as your butler, she is attentive to details, needs and checks on you through your entire stay! Book with confidence and ask for noerils (norris) to be your butler you will not be disappointed!

The rooms at this hotel are horrible. Maintence is shoddy, the room decor is very outdated. The rooms are musty and damp. Everything was wet all the time, clothes, bedding, book pages, even money that was left out. Water was dripping from light fixtures above the in room whirlpool tub, a fire hazard. The room air in the room was musty smelling when the AC was on. Just horrible I will never stay at this hotel again!!

TRS Turquesa had great pools and beach area. Super nice sand - no shells or rocks. Staff was very friendly. The only complaint, it seemed the grill area by the beach could not get orders right - need a system! Room was comfy and the butler service provided was excellent and will take care of whatever you need to make your stay better. Big resort, make sure to take their golf cart shuttles to the theatre for the included shows. Casino had slots, blackjack tables, and roulette wheels for some later night fun. We also took shuttles to other breakfast buffets during our stay. La Boheme (french) restaurant was our groups favorite.
