Hotel is falling apart

The hotel is going downhill since we last stayed 5 yrs ago. The service and facilities were great/new/clean before but not anymore. Things are getting old understandably but no more budget seems that has been allocated for such repairs. Service was SLOW from reception and the buffet food was BAD. Sorry to say it wasn’t a great experience this time round. Such a shame as it’s in a great location for customers. Some people that work there were very friendly and nice. Also I know this isn't the hotels fault but theres a bar outside next to the hotel that has LOUD music 24/7 that makes it almost impossible to sleep, the guy opens everyday and only turns it off after 2am and starts the music back on at 8am. Maybe a word with the guy? Or better sound proof windows? Not sure. I have added a picture of said business.

Christina and Edgar from the roof were amazing, the roof has an amazing rooftop Infiniti pool that we spent a lot of time at. The rooms were amazing too, they Felt more like apartments than a traditional hotel room! The lobby had an almost outside area that had turtles which were definitely a highlight! Carlos from Mercato i would also like to mention, because he was the sweetest, he remembered how my parents took their coffee, and brought me extra chocolate croissants because he knew i loved them!
