Iberostar is NOT an all-inclusive resort anymore. I was there a few days ago and purchased an all-inclusive vacation. To my surprise, when we went to the quiet area—where we had stayed many times before—the hotel staff asked us to pay an additional 900 MX dollars per day per person. This was not included in the package. Then, when we moved to a different area and tried to use a daybed, we were told we had to pay an additional 250 MX dollars per day. This, too, was not included. I have stayed at Iberostar several times before, but after this experience, I will never go again. The tables around the pool were filthy, and the restaurant staff did not perform well. The only good service was from the housekeeping staff. Everything else was unacceptable. Why do they advertise as all-inclusive when so many things aren't included? I will not recommend this resort to any of my family or friends, and I will not be returning

I stayed therebl for my trip at the riviera maya, all the staff was amazing, the room service was great, check in and check out was phenomenal and even the entertainment team was great specially with the beautiful girl named ahtziry nava, she was amazing 100/100

THE BEST TRIP THAT I EVER HAVE. The Team of entertainment is awesome about the way they threat us. Is amazing how they are always working with a smile. Mention to Christian and atzhiri of the entertainment team, they re amazing, they invite us to every activity they had

It was an incredible adventure for my friends and me in our first time in mexico, very enterteinment time at the hotel, the view was amazing and Christian was pretty good with us very professional, we are expecting to go again very soon next summer, cant wait!
