Miguel did a great job; funny, kind, and great chef. We got served 4 courses, edamame, miso, main, and dessert. Everything was great, although I wish the main had noodles included, it was fried rice, veggies, and protein of choice. Very happy!

Our family had the most incredible experience at Dreams Jade, and a huge part of that was thanks to the phenomenal Kids Club. We have three daughters, including twins, and the staff at the Kids Club went above and beyond to ensure they had a safe, fun, and memorable time. From the moment we dropped them off, we were impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the team. They were engaging, attentive, and genuinely passionate about creating a positive environment for the kids. Our daughters came back every day with huge smiles, excited stories, and creative crafts they proudly showed off. The activities were varied and thoughtfully planned, from games to arts and outdoor play. It was clear the staff truly cared about each child’s experience. As parents, it was such a relief knowing our girls were in great hands while we enjoyed some time to relax. The peace of mind the Kids Club provided was priceless, and it allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. We can’t thank the staff enough for their kindness, enthusiasm, and care. Our daughters are already asking when we can come back! If you’re traveling to Dreams Jade with kids, the Kids Club is an absolute must—it’s a game-changer for the whole family. Beautiful resort. Food at the restaurants were great. Pools were really nice. The staff all over the resort were very friendly. We booked the Preferred suites, which were comfortable and clean. And, Preferred status definitely had its perks, including access to a Concierge contact. Our contact was Maureen. She was awesome! Super friendly & extremely helpful…

Miguel was our teppanyaki chef and was superb! Really enjoyed our stay here. If you order the gluten free though, prepare for it to taste bland. Beautiful views, chill environment, and very family friendly for all ages. The layout is interesting for sure.

Amazing food, entertaining show and beautiful views! i would definitely recommend the hibachi and Miguel was an amazing cook! His service was excellent and very knowledgeable. Would definitely come back, the service was great and very hospitable!
